Nothing beats Fondue, for a Family dinner, with a glass of wine.
This veganized version will surely be the star of family gatherings.

– 200grs of Ada’s Vegan Brie
– Hot Water
– Herbs and Spices of choice
1- Take Ada’s Vegan Brie out of the fridge an hour in advance.
2- In a pot, put Ada’s Vegan Brie and with a wooden spoon mash it to make it softer.
3- Start adding hot water (and wine) in small doses while combining with the wooden spoon.
4- In total, you need to add one cup of liquid (water and wine) for each 200grs of Ada’s Vegan Brie.
5- Once the mixture is smooth, place the pot on low fire and keep mixing till it’s hot enough.
6- Add salt and your choice of Herbs and Spices (marjoram, oregano, black pepper or even turmeric) and mix again.
7- Dice your favorite dips (bread, apples, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, potato chips, broccoli, cauliflower, pickles, cucumbers, mushrooms…) and place them in bowls.
8- serve while still hot and make sure it stays hot with a candle under it.
