Vegan Quick Pizza

Extra Tips

You can replace Ada’s Vegan Brie with Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella, just like Ada’s Vegan Brie, you’d need to freeze Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella for two hours in advance to grate it.

If you don’t have time to freeze for two hours, you can use Ada’s Vegan Naboulsi or Ada’s Vegan Halloumi on top of the Pizza. 

These two, can be easily grated without any need to freeze them in advance.

Ingredients

Ada’s Vegan Brie
– Didi’s Wellnest Buckwheat Bread
– Organic Tomato Paste
– Oregano
– Mushrooms (Sliced)
– Black Olives (Sliced)
– Sun-dried Tomato
– Green Basil Leaves

Recipe

1- Make sure you have one Ada’s Vegan Brie frozen for at least two hours.

2- Mix the Tomato Paste with the Oregano and spread them on Didi’s Wellnest Buckwheat Bread.

3- Slice the mushrooms and layer them on top of the tomato paste you spread.

4- Layer the Sun-Dried Tomato on top of the tomato paste you spread.

5- Grate Ada’s Vegan Brie and distribute it evenly on top of the Pizza.

6- Slice the Olives and layer them on top of the grated Ada’s Vegan Baby Edam.

7- Put in Oven for 10 mins.

8- After taking the Pizza out of the Oven, add Green Basil leaves to the Pizza.

9- Devour while still hot!

Extra Tips
