Vegan Pizza

Pizza is great, Vegan Pizza is Amazing! Especially if done right!

Extra Tips
You can use Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella or Ada’s Vegan Cheddar instead of Ada’s Vegan Brie. You can also mix two or all three in one Pizza.
Ingredients

– 100 grs of Ada’s Vegan Brie
– 1/2 cup of hot Water
– 1 cup lukewarm water
– 1 tablespoon yeast
– 1.5 tablespoon sugar
– 2.5 cups of flour
– 1/8 cup of olive oil
– 1 small diced Onion
– Tomato Paste
– Dried Rosemary
– Dried Basil
– Dried Marjoram
– Dried Thyme
– Dried Oregano
– Green Basil
– Green Pepper
– Mushrooms
– Black Olives
– Salt

Recipe
1- Mix half a cup of lukewarm water with sugar & yeast, wait 10 mins for the yeast to foam & double in size.

2- Add salt & 1 cup of flour.

3- While mixing, add the olive oil, water & flour.

4- Knead the dough with your hands, shape it like a ball and place it in a bowl with a towel covering it to rest and rise.

5- In a bowl, mix Ada’s Vegan Brie with warm water and whisk till you have a smooth cheese mixture.

6- Add a pinch of salt to it.

7- In a pan, sauté the onions with olive oil.

8- Add in the tomato paste diluted in a bit of water, salt, dried basil, rosemary, marjoram, thyme & oregano.

9- Slice the mushrooms, olives & green pepper.

10-By now, the dough’s size has doubled, kneed it again, & cover with towel for 30 more minutes then roll the dough on a floured surface to form a circle.

11- Place the dough on parchment paper & bake it for about 10 mins.

12- Bring the dough out of the oven, spread the tomato sauce all over the dough, then place the mushrooms & green pepper.

13- With a spoon spread the Vegan Brie mixture you made on top of the dough, then add the olives.

14- Bake Pizza for 15 mins.

15- Add some shredded green basil on top.

16- Cut & Serve.
