Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients

– 150 grs Ada’s Vegan Brie
– 400 grs of sliced Mushrooms
– 250 grs of Tagliatelle
– 1 chopped small onion
– 1 minced clove of garlic
– 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
– 2 cups of Vegetable Broth
– 1/4 cup of Flour
– 1/2 tbsp of Mustard
– 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
– Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Recipe

1- Cook the Tagliatelle in a large pot, based on the instructions written on its package.

2- In a large skillet, on medium heat, put the Olive Oil and chopped Onions and sauté until the onions start turning brown.

3- Add in the sliced Mushrooms and Minced garlic and cook till mushrooms are softer and have released their juices.

4- Add in some flour and mix the mushrooms with the flour for around a minute.

5- Add in the Vegetable Broth, and keep stirring until it’s all combined.

6- Add in the Soy Sauce and mustard.

7- In a bowl, add hot water to Ada’s Vegan Brie in small doses while combining with the fork to get a cheesy sauce consistency.

8- Add in the cheesy sauce and simmer until the whole sauce thickens.

8- Add in Salt and Black Pepper.

9- Mix with Pasta and serve hot.
