Vegan Long Pizza
This Pizza is seriously delicious, we promise that the whole family would love it.
Preparation time: 60 mins
– 150grs of Ada’s Vegan Cheddar
– 3 cups of Flour
– 1 cup of Water
– 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
– 1 small diced Onion
– Tomato Paste
– Dried Rosemary
– Dried Basil
– Dried Marjoram
– Dried Thyme
– Dried Oregano
– Green Basil
– Cherry Tomato
– Black Olives
1- Place Ada’s Vegan Cheddar in the fridge 2 hours in advance.
2- Mix the Flour and Salt.
3- Heap to a pile and make a hole in its center, and pour Water and Olive Oil in the center of the pile.
4- Knead the dough till it becomes smooth, shape it like a bowl and place it in the fridge for about 20 mins.
5- While the dough is in the fridge, in a pan, sauté the Onion with the Olive Oil.
6- Add in the Tomato Paste, Salt, Dried Basil, Rosemary, Marjoram, Thyme and Oregano and mix.
7- Add in some water to thin the sauce a little.
8- Cut the Mushrooms, Olives and Cherry Tomatoes.
9- Bring the Dough out of the fridge Knead it for a while, and roll it on a floured surface to the shape you like, we always prefer an oval Pizza for some reason.
10- Place the Dough on parchment paper and bake it for about 10 mins.
11- Bring the dough out of the oven, and spread the Tomato Sauce all over the dough.
12- Bring out Ada’s Vegan Cheddar and shred it on top of the Tomato Sauce Layer.
13- Place the Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes and Olives on top of Ada’s Vegan Cheese Alternative Layer.
14- Bake the Pizza for another 15 mins
