Vegan Cauli’ Cheese is a healthy and delicious meal for a Vegan lunch or dinner invitation you might have!
Preparation time: 50 mins
– Ada’s Vegan Cheddar
– 1 cup of vegetable stock
– 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
– 1 tsp of Thyme
– 1 tsp of Black Pepper
– Himalayan Salt to taste
– A big beautiful cauliflower
– Mushrooms or any other vegetables you wish to add to the roast
1- Put Ada’s Vegan Cheddar in a pan on fire.
2- Add the Vegetable Stock to it.
3- Whisk until Ada’s Vegan Cheddar is melted, and the mixture is thick and creamy.
4- Add the soy sauce and whisk very well.
5- Add the Thyme, Black Pepper and Himalayan Salt and whisk till the mixture is homogenous.
6- Place the cauliflower in the middle of a glass pan and surround it with mushrooms or other vegetables you choose.
7- Bake it in the oven for about 30 mins or till the cauliflower starts turning gold.
8- Add the Creamy Sauce on top of the Cauliflower and Vegetables.
9- Bake in Oven for another 5 mins.
