Vegan Cheese Cookies

Those vegan cheese cookies are so delicious and easy to make.
They’re perfect as an appetizer and taste even better with Ada’s Vegan Products spread on them.

Preparation time: 30 mins

Difficulty: Easy

Extra Tips

You can use Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella or Ada’s Vegan Cheddar instead of Ada’s Vegan Brie.

You can replace the green oregano with Green Thyme, Olives or even Basil and have different yet equally delicious tastes.

You can also use dried herbs instead of green ones.

Ingredients

– 150grs of Ada’s Vegan Brie
– 1/2 cup of Green Oregano leaves
– 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
– 2 cups of Flour
– Pinch of Black Pepper
– Salt to taste

Recipe

1- Cut Ada’s Vegan Brie into small pieces and in a big bowl mash them with a fork.

2- Add the green oregano leaves and mix them with the mashed Ada’s Vegan Brie.

3- Add the salt, the black pepper and the flour to the bowl and mix everything together.

4- Add the coconut oil little by little as you knead the cookie mixture with your hand.

5- Once the dough is homogenous make small balls out of it, place them on parchment paper, and press them with the palm of your hand to make them as thick (or thin) as you like your cookies to be.

6- Bake for 15 to 20 mins on medium high temperature.

7- Let then cool down, and place them in a cookie jar, and MAKE SURE to hide the cookie jar or else you’ll finish them in one sitting.
