Grilled Vegan Halloumi & Apples
An easy, two-ingredients healthy finger food that fits as a snack, a brunch or even as an appetizer for lunch or dinner.

– Ada’s Vegan Halloumi
– 2 Red Lebanese Apples
2- Cut Ada’s Vegan Halloumi into rectangles.
3- Heat a counter grill to medium hot.
4- Grill the apples first until they get translucent and soft.
5- Arrange the apples on the tray.
6- Grill Ada’s Vegan Halloumi slices until golden on both sides.
7- Place Ada’s Vegan Halloumi slices on top of the grilled Apples.
9- Serve hot.
