You can replace Ada’s Vegan Halloumi with Ada’s Vegan Naboulsi , Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella or Ada’s Vegan Brie, all four grill perfectly and taste amazing on grilled Apples!

Of course, you can grill a mixture of all four products if you want to have a variety of tastes.

Ingredients

Ada’s Vegan Halloumi
– 2 Red Lebanese Apples

Recipe
1- Cut the unpeeled apples into thin slices.

2- Cut Ada’s Vegan Halloumi into rectangles.

3- Heat a counter grill to medium hot.

4- Grill the apples first until they get translucent and soft.

5- Arrange the apples on the tray.

6- Grill Ada’s Vegan Halloumi slices until golden on both sides.

7- Place Ada’s Vegan Halloumi slices on top of the grilled Apples.

9- Serve hot.
