Vegan Red Salad

A Refreshing, Fulfilling and Nutrients-rich Salad that could work as a great main or side dish!
Be Careful though, it might become your new addiction!

Extra Tips

You can slice Ada’s Vegan Halloumi or Ada’s Vegan Naboulsi into cubes and mix with the vegetables, it gives an additional delicious mediterranean taste to the salad.

If you want to add an Eggy taste, you can use Black Himalayan Salt (aka Kala Namak). 

Ingredients

– 6 tbsp of Ada’s Vegan Labneh
– 4 medium beets
– 2 large potatoes
– 4 carrots
– 2 tomatoes
– 1/2 cup of Water
– Salt to taste

Recipe

1- Boil beets on medium fire for about an hour and half or till they become soft.

2- Boil potatoes on medium fire for about an hour or till they become soft.

3- Boil carrots on medium fire for about 15 mins or till they become soft.

4- Leave the vegetables until cool enough to handle.

5- Cut boiled vegetables and tomatoes into cubes, and place them in a serving bowl.

6- Put Ada’s Vegan Labneh in a separate bowl, and little by little while stirring, start adding water (half a cup) until the mixture is liquid enough…

7- Pour the Labneh sauce in the vegetables bowl along with Salt, and mix until it’s all homogeneously red…

8- You can serve either hot or refrigerated depending on how you like your food, it’s delicious in both cases!
