Vegan Cheese Bagel
To say this bagel was delicious would be the understatement of the year!

Extra Tips
You might replace the Vegan Labneh and Vegan Mozzarella with the Vegan Spread and Vegan Brie.
You might also want to try using sun-dried tomatoes, capers and pine-nuts as a variation from the tomato and green leaves.
Fruits would serve as a delicious variation too!
We’re talking sliced Bananas, Berries, Strawberries, Apples or any other fruit you would like.
Ingredients
– Ada’s Vegan Labneh
– Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella
– Poppy seed bagel
– Mix of Green Leaves
– Tomato Slices
Recipe
1- Cut the poppy seed bagel in half.
2- Spread Ada’s Vegan Labneh on both sides of the bagel.
3- Add Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella Slices on top of the lower side of the bagel.
4- Add tomato slices.
5- Add Green Leaves Mix.
6- Close Bagel.
7- Enjoy!
