Vegan Tzatziki
Tzatziki is a very famous and delicious Greek sauce/dip. It could top any Mediteranean dish, but we mostly love to drizzle it over a salad and as a dip with toast flat bread or crudités.

Extra Tips
You can replace the dill (green or dried) with dried or green mint, to make it even closer to the familiar Lebanese cuisine.
Ingredients
– 200grs of Ada’s Vegan Labneh
– 2 medium Cucumbers
– 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
– 1 tablespoon of grated Lemon Zest
– 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
– 1 tablespoon of Dried Dill (if you could find Green Dill it’s even better)
– Salt (to taste)
– Black Pepper (to taste)
– 1 crushed Garlic
Recipe
1- Shred the two Cucumbers with a grater and place them in a bowl, shredd the Lemon Zest too.
2- Add the Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Dill, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic to the bowl and mix them with a spoon.
3- Add Ada’s Vegan Labneh to the bowl and mix the ingredients well with a spoon.
4- Place the Tzatziki in the fridge till it’s time to serve it.
5- Add the Olive Oil on top of the Tzatziki.
6- Cut flat bread into triangles and toast them in order to serve them with the Tzatziki.
