Mac'n Vegan Cheese
Vegan Mac’n Cheese is one of the most family favorite recipes!
It’s equally loved by both children and adults.
Here’s a recipe that is simple to prepare for this delicious comfort-food meal.

– 150g Ada’s Vegan Cheddar
– 1 can coconut milk
– 1/4 cup of water
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg
– 1tbsp tomato paste
– 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
– a Box of Macaroni
– Diced veggies you like (mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, truffles)
1- Bring the coconut milk to a boil, and add all the ingredients except for the water.
2- Whisk until all Ada’s Vegan Cheddar is melted, and the mixture is thick and creamy.
3- Add the water and whisk very well. You will get a very smooth creamy cheese sauce.
4- Boil the pack of Macaroni in water and a pinch of salt.
5- Mix your boiled macaroni and the veggies you like (mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, truffles).
6- Add the Creamy Sauce to the Macaroni & Veggies and Mix.
7- Add bread crumbs on top.
8- Bake it on broil for 5 to 10min until it’s golden on top.
